mr. george at the front desk showed extraordinary kindness and patience. aggeliki, another receptionist, displayed a great willingness to assist. i found the hotel gave full value for the money. the rooftop restaurant provided delicious food (i really enjoyed the variety).
Waits of 15-20 minutes were common. this made moving between floors somewhat inconvenient. many guests chose to use the stairs instead.

I stayed in an executive room acropolis view. the rooftop restaurant's view was awesome! it had unobstructed views of the city. the breakfast had so many options. I loved the fresh fruit selection, and the staff there were super attentive.
it was a minor inconvenience though.
